About the role:
We are looking to add an Enterprise Sales Leader to our Workvivo Employee Experience team. As an Enterprise Sales Leader, you are responsible for hiring, enabling, and managing a team of EX Sellers within the Enterprise and Mid Market segments. You will define strategy and overall business planning for accounts that fall within the segments. You will provide feedback, coaching and training, ensuring team quota attainment, driving activity levels, and implementing process efficiency changes to drive maximum productivity. You are responsible for both net-new customer acquisition efforts as well as cross-sell efforts into existing Zoom relationships.

Responsibilities:
Lead a team of Enterprise AE's to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets, driving new logo acquisition and expansion within strategic accounts.
Hire, develop, and retain high-performing Enterprise sellers; provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to elevate individual and team results.
Onboard, define, implement and refine sales strategies for Enterprise customers, including territory planning, account segmentation, and go-to-market priorities.
Oversee pipeline generation, qualification, and progression to ensure predictable revenue outcomes, with strong discipline around forecasting accuracy.
Act as executive sponsor and strategic partner on high-value opportunities, providing guidance on deal structuring, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement.
Develop and maintain business within existing Zoom accounts, manage complex sales situations and sales campaigns
Cultivate and maintain executive-level relationships with key Enterprise customers and prospects to expand influence and create long-term growth opportunities.
Keep informed of product line, competition and industry trends that may impact client business activities.
Work strategically with management to identify trending opportunities/challenges, and provide recommended solutions
What we’re looking for:
Have 10+ years experience in software or solution sales, with specific expertise in Employee Experience, Engagement, Internal Communications, and/or Intranet.
Have 5+ years experience leading and managing a high performing sales team.
Have experience within EXP, Engagement, or Intranet is a plus.
Preferred experience within Enterprise segments (10k+ employees).

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$200,700.00Maximum:
$447,900.00In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.
Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations
