About This Role:

Crusoe is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Workplace Manager to create exceptional workplace experiences in Arvada, supporting Crusoe Industries.This role is crucial for ensuring a welcoming and professional environment for employees and visitors, directly contributing to a positive and productive workplace culture. You will partner with the Senior Workplace Manager and Office Administrator on exciting projects involving daily office operations, event support, and employee engagement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operations, exceptional organizational skills, and a passion for creating engaging workplace experiences. This is an in-office position based in Arvada, Monday through Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM.

What You’ll Be Working On:

  • Office Operations: Conduct regular checks to ensure office spaces, conference rooms, and shared areas are clean, well-stocked, and functional, addressing any issues promptly.

  • Event Support: Assist in planning and executing events, including setup, teardown, and catering coordination.

  • Employee Engagement: Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and company events.

  • Onboarding and Logistics: Support office-related tasks, such as new hire onboarding preparation and setup for visiting employees.

  • Workplace Enhancement: Contribute to creating a dynamic and inclusive work environment that reflects Crusoe’s values and culture.

  • Internal Office Construction: Managing internal updates to the office spaces such as furniture, office remodel and interior changes.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate across teams to gather feedback and identify opportunities to elevate the workplace experience.

  • Vendor Management: Manage vendors that contribute to employee engagement.

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

  • Workplace Coordination Experience: 3+ years of experience in workplace coordination or operational roles within fast-paced, growth-oriented organizations.

  • Office Management Skills: Proven ability to manage day-to-day office operations, including office supply management and event support.

  • Collaboration Skills: Ability to collaborate effectively with teams across departments to ensure smooth office operations.

  • Organizational Skills: Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail, prioritization, and multitasking.

  • Logistics Coordination: Expertise in logistics coordination and maintaining a functional, safe, and well-organized office environment.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: Creative problem-solver who brings fresh ideas to enhance the workplace experience and improve operational efficiency.

  • Passion for Workplace Experience: Passion for creating engaging, top-tier workplace experiences.

Compensation:

Compensation will be paid in the range of $83,000 - $100,000/year + Bonus. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers. Compensation to be determined by the applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data.
