Preferred skills and experience
- Comprehensive experience within a marketing organization in a similar role.
- Deep understanding of multichannel campaign execution and creative production.
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration across creative, CRM, brand, performance and UI/UX teams.
- Proven ability to manage project timelines and on-time delivery.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with Monday or a similar platform is preferred.
What you will do
- Overseeing day-to-day project management across marketing workstreams including brand, CRM and lifecycle, and performance.
- Managing multiple parallel projects working across marketing teams.
- Owning briefing processes and briefing for cross-channel marketing efforts, including gathering and defining project requirements to ensure clarity of scope and deliverables.
- Building and maintaining campaign calendars, workflows and asset trackers.
- Coordinating briefs, timelines and approvals for deliverables across internal and external teams.
- Owning final delivery of toolkits for initiatives throughout the year.
- Driving continual evolution of our processes and improvement of our methods, aiming for streamlined and increased efficiency.
- Maintaining a deep understanding of brand guidelines and consistency.
- Ensuring deliverables meet expectations as set out in the briefs, including adherence to timelines.
- Upholding brand standards and best practices.
