About Engine
Engine is the all-in-one travel and spend management platform trusted by 38K+ businesses and groups representing 1.8M+ travelers. We're the retailer and the rails of business travel, one of the fastest-growing companies in travel tech, built on a decade of proprietary technology, supply, and pricing no one else can replicate. Other travel and AI companies run on our infrastructure to book real trips, hold rates, and move payments, without building any of it themselves. We built it, AI-forward at every layer, from how travelers book to how the rails run.
That work has earned recognition as one of Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators (2025), TravelTech's Reservation Platform of the Year (2026), and one of Built In's Best Places to Work (2020–2026).
We're looking for bold, ambitious people to help redefine how businesses manage and experience travel. Working here, you can expect exponential growth, an ambitious pace, full ownership, and high-caliber colleagues who push you to do the best work of your career. Every hire raises the bar.

Come outpace the ordinary and build the future of travel with us.

You will ensure the office is a seamless utility, a strategic asset, and a center for connection that drives performance.

You will own the day-to-day experience for our sales teams, partner with local leadership to foster engagement, and lead the execution of in-person moments that bring our distributed team together.

Your Mission
  • Office Experience: Own the workplace experience for the local office, including day-to-day operations, facilities, cleaning, and maintenance to ensure a premium standard.
  • Performance & Culture Partnership: Act as a strategic partner to the Sales Director to foster a high-performance, high-engagement sales culture through morale-boosting initiatives and celebrating team achievements.
  • Budget & Resource Management: Own the local facilities and supplies budget with diligent cost approvals, managing inventory for kitchen essentials, weekly lunches, and office resources.
  • In-Person Programs & Events: Support local offsite and visitor programs; serve as the local expert for venues and activities to create exceptional experiences for visiting remote employees.
  • Onboarding & Lifecycle: Facilitate the workspace set-up and in-person onboarding for new hires, serving as a primary resource for employees and a warm welcome for interview candidates.
  • Space Planning & Standards: Monitor office usage patterns to optimize layouts and manage seating arrangements or reservation systems as the team scales.
  • Safety & Compliance: Coordinate with vendors and building management to ensure the office meets all regulatory and safety standards
What You'll Bring to Engine
  • Experience-led operator: 3+ years of experience in workplace experience, hospitality, or office management, with a track record of turning operational strategy into execution.
  • Collaborative and trusted: You partner effectively with leadership and are known for good judgment, high empathy, and consistent follow-through.
  • Logistics-minded and detail-oriented: You can manage budgets, vendors, and complex moving parts without losing sight of the employee experience.
  • Program builder: You enjoy creating repeatable systems and playbooks that help a vibrant workplace run smoothly from scratch.
