Workers' Compensation Deposition Attorney
Windsor Troy Law, LLP is seeking a Workers’ Compensation Deposition Attorney to support our expanding practice. This is a great opportunity for attorneys who want flexible work while developing skills in Workers’ Compensation law.
Responsibilities
- Handle case appearances, including status conferences and lien trials
- Take and defend depositions
- Manage discovery tasks and ensure compliance with deadlines
- Coordinate with supervising attorneys and provide case status updates
- Support trial preparation and related litigation tasks
Qualifications
- No prior Workers’ Compensation experience required (training provided)
- Litigation, deposition, or case management experience preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to new practice areas
Salary: $80,000 - $90,000. Based on Experience
