How We Work

The Customer Experience (CX) team at WeTravel is on a mission to ensure every client succeeds with our platform—and that includes helping them get more bookings. As the Websites Lead, you’ll work directly with our clients to build beautiful, conversion-friendly websites using WeTravel’s tools, templates, and partner services.

You will also partner with the Account Management team to ensure adoption of our booking widgets, CRM, and other features that help our clients get more bookings.

You’ll partner with Sales, Account Management, and Product to turn client visions into vibrant, functioning websites that help drive trip bookings and business growth.

Why You Should or Shouldn’t Apply

You should apply if you:
  • Have experience building client websites (especially in low-code/no-code platforms like Webflow, Wix, Squarespace, or WordPress).

  • Have experience selling / cross-selling product and services to clients.

  • Love to experiment with AI and stay up to date on the latest technologies.

  • Have worked in customer-facing roles such as onboarding, account management, or client services.

  • Are fluent in English and comfortable communicating with clients across various levels of technical ability.

  • Understand how websites can support brand storytelling and lead conversion.

  • Enjoy building scalable processes and working cross-functionally to optimize outcomes.

  • Are highly organized, with a strong eye for design, detail, and user experience.

  • Are comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.

Bonus points if you:
  • Have experience with SEO, Google Analytics, MixPanel, site analytics, or UX design.

  • Have worked in travel tech, SMB SaaS, or with tour operators or travel brands.

  • Have created reusable website templates or frameworks for operational scale.

  • Have managed contractors or agencies in a creative or technical function.

You might not be the right fit if you:
  • Prefer a solely technical or design-focused role without direct client interaction.

  • Don’t enjoy project management or timeline-driven work.

  • Have limited experience with low-code website builders or customer enablement.

On a Weekly Basis, You Will Find Yourself
  • Collaborating with clients to plan, design, and build websites that showcase their travel offerings.

  • Collaborating with the product team to drive adoption of new features.

  • Managing timelines and deliverables across multiple active client website projects.

  • Working cross-functionally with Sales and Account Management to understand client needs and ensure web projects align with business goals.

  • Creating and refining templates, frameworks, and how-to guides to scale WeTravel’s website service offering.

  • Supporting internal team members with client onboarding materials related to websites.

  • Tracking performance and feedback to improve our website delivery process and client satisfaction.

Benefits
  • Your health matters – US team members get 100% employer-covered HDHP medical, DHMO dental, and standard vision coverages or a choice of plans that suit your needs.

  • Amsterdam Program – visit us in Amsterdam (HQ) for 2–4 weeks annually, staying in one of our WeTravel apartments.

  • Work remotely for a maximum of 4 weeks per calendar year.

  • Annual team off-site (often somewhere sunny ☀️).

  • Extensive paid family leave.

  • Three paid volunteer days per year.

  • Two-week cross-functional onboarding program.

  • Cutting-edge equipment and tools to set you up for success.

  • Cambly access for English language support, if needed.

  • Join a global, fun-loving, and impact-driven team.

  • At this time, we are not accepting applications from candidates residing in the following states: Alaska, California, Colorado, New York, or Washington.

  • For this role, we can only consider candidates with the legal right to work in the United States. Unfortunately, WeTravel is not able to offer visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
