Role Overview:
We are seeking a Webinar Marketing Specialist to support a growing webinar program within a company's Demand Generation team, with potential responsibilities extending across all channel support functions. This role will focus on the operational and executional aspects of the marketing channels—managing logistics, timelines, communications, and tool implementation to bring programs to life.
*Please note that the role is a 6-month contract position and we are seeking United States-based candidates who are authorized to work in the U.S.*
As a Webinar Marketing Specialist (Consultant) for AG Consulting Partners, a typical day might include the following:
- Supporting the execution of a technology company's growing webinar program within the Demand Generation team.
- Managing the operational and logistical elements of webinars, including scheduling, timelines, invitations, and platform setup.
- Coordinating with multiple stakeholders to ensure smooth event delivery, from pre-event planning to post-event follow-up.
- Executing webinar production tasks using platforms such as ON24, Cvent, Goldcast, or Sequel.
- Managing webinar-to-CRM workflows within Marketo and Salesforce to ensure accurate attendee and lead tracking.
- Drafting and sending internal communications, reminders, and updates related to upcoming webinars.
- Monitoring deadlines, ensuring deliverables are completed on time, and proactively identifying potential risks or roadblocks.
- Collaborating with creative, marketing, and technical teams to produce engaging webinar content and supporting materials.
- Utilizing AI tools to enhance workflows, build bots or agents, write effective prompts, and streamline operational processes.
- Gathering post-event metrics, analyzing results, and sharing insights to improve future webinar performance.
- Maintaining process documentation and suggesting improvements to enhance program efficiency.

You have:
- Proven experience supporting webinars or digital events using platforms such as ON24, Cvent, Goldcast, Sequel, or similar.
- Familiarity with B2B marketing tools and workflows, particularly Marketo, Salesforce, and webinar-to-CRM integrations.
- Strong project coordination skills, including managing timelines, logistics, and cross-team communications.
- Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to meet deadlines in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders across teams.
- Comfort with managing multiple priorities and quick turnarounds.
- Strong organizational skills with a process-oriented mindset.
You might also have:
- Experience in fast-paced B2B marketing or SaaS environments.
- Proven examples of leveraging AI technologies in a professional setting (e.g., building bots or agents, crafting effective prompts, streamlining workflows, or driving measurable impact).
- Familiarity with additional digital marketing or demand generation tools.
- Experience collaborating across multiple marketing channels beyond webinars.
- Background in developing or improving operational processes for marketing programs.

The compensation for this position is tailored to reflect your unique skill set, relevant experience, and the current dynamics of the job market. We strive to ensure that our compensation package is competitive and fair, taking into account various factors to provide a rewarding opportunity for our team members.
The annual salary range for this role is: $90,000-110,000 W2 in addition to our comprehensive benefits package, if you're located in WA state or Texas.
The annual salary range for this role is: $100,000-125,000 1099 independent contractor annual salary, if you're located in any state outside of WA or TX.
