Position OverviewAs a Web Producer, you will be embedded in our delivery process from early page builds through site launch. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, design, development, and project management, helping us execute large-scale website projects with efficiency and precision.
You’ll help bring website pages to life by building layouts using components, populating and formatting content, organizing SEO metadata, and identifying potential blockers before they impact timelines.
This is an ideal role for someone who thrives in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and enjoys making sure every page is accurate, polished, and production-ready.
ResponsibilitiesImplementation & Content Population- Lead content migration efforts, transferring legacy and new website content to a new CMS through manual and automated processes while ensuring accuracy and organization.
- Develop and execute detailed migration plans in collaboration with internal teams, ensuring seamless transitions and content integrity.
- Support in gathering copy docs and maintaining efficient methods for building pages
- Translate Figma designs, wireframes, and content documents into CMS-based page builds
- Build and structure pages using existing components (Sanity, Contentful, Webflow, HubSpot CMS, Dato CMS, WordPress, Builder.io, or similar familiarity required)
- Populate and format headlines, body copy, images, metadata, alt text, and structured content
- Ensure pages adhere to approved design and UX guidelines
- Collaborate with design and development on the CMS content editing experience
- Implement on-page SEO best practices including metadata, internal linking, heading structure, and URL formatting
- Support redirect planning and metadata population across migrated pages
- Work with designers, developers, and project managers to resolve blockers and meet milestones
- Review and implement client feedback in collaboration with PMs
- Ensure all assets and copy are aligned with brand guidelines and project expectations
- Validate content population, SEO metadata, alt text, and internal linking across pages
- Perform pre-QA checks to confirm design alignment, functional behavior, and content integrity
- Flag inconsistencies in copy, layout, imagery, or component use
- Support final project QA with PMs and QA specialists before handoff or go-live
- 3-5 years of experience in web production, content coordination, or CMS implementation
- Fluent in English with clear communication in both written and verbal formats, including the ability to proof English-language URLs and content
- Strong experience using modern CMS platforms like Sanity, Dato, Webflow, WordPress, Builder.io, Contentful, or HubSpot CMS
- Solid understanding of on-page SEO best practices and structured content implementation
- Comfortable navigating Figma design files, content spreadsheets, and documentation
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, problem-solving mindset
- Experience working within component-based design systems
- Comfortable collaborating with distributed teams in a remote, fast-paced environment
- Experience supporting enterprise-level website builds
- Familiarity with BugHerd, ClickUp, or other QA and task tracking tools
- Basic understanding of HTML/CSS for troubleshooting content formatting
- Experience with content migration and multi-page buildouts
- Familiarity with accessibility testing and browser/device responsiveness checks
- Background working in an agency environment or on multi-stakeholder web projects
- Hands-on experience participating in the website launch process, including launch prep, day-of-launch support, and post-launch troubleshooting
- Long-term contractor engagement with consistent hours
- Embedded team experience working with U.S.-based teammates
- Flexible work environment with clear deliverables and autonomy
- Exposure to cutting-edge web technologies and processes used by fast-growing digital teams
