Compensation: The compensation range for this role is $200k-$275k base plus commission.

Responsibilities

  • Manage, coach and develop the existing US sales team.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline, with clear visibility on forecast, risks and opportunities.
  • Support strategic and complex deals through senior customer meetings, commercial negotiations and deal strategy.
  • Work closely with leadership, solution architects, marketing, procurement, revenue operations and technical teams to support regional growth and strong customer outcomes.
  • Ensure customer needs and market insights are fed back into the business to support continuous improvement of product, process and commercial strategy.
  • Develop and execute regional and vertical-focused sales plans, including events, outbound activity and account-based approaches.
  • Strengthen sales discipline across Salesforce usage, pipeline management, forecasting and customer data quality.
  • Identify opportunities to increase market share across key verticals such as Gaming, Streaming, Adtech, Trading, iGaming, Web3, SaaS and AI.
  • Represent the business in the North American market through customer meetings, industry events and partner discussions.
  • Work as a peer to other senior sales leaders globally, sharing best practice and ensuring regional alignment with the wider sales strategy.
  • Build, develop and scale the North American channel partner ecosystem, establishing strategic channel relationships and technology partnerships that expand market reach, generate pipeline and drive incremental revenue growth alongside the direct sales organization

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior B2B sales leadership role, ideally within IaaS, infrastructure, hosting, cloud, data centre, managed services, telecoms or another technology-led environment.
  • Strong track record of owning new logo pipeline and delivering new business revenue growth in the North American market.
  • Experience managing Sales Executives, SDRs and/or regional sales managers.
  • Ability to build, lead and improve a repeatable sales process from prospecting through to close and account growth.
  • Hands-on leadership style, with the ability to coach the team while also staying close to customers and key deals.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Bare Metal, dedicated servers, hybrid cloud, private cloud, networking or storage solutions.
  • Experience selling into Web3, Adtech, Trading, Gaming, iGaming, Streaming, SaaS or AI customers.
  • Experience scaling a regional sales function within a global business.

What we offer

  • Opportunity to lead and shape the North American sales function within a global IaaS business.
  • Established US sales team already in place, with the opportunity to further develop structure, performance and market coverage.
  • Exposure to global customers, technical infrastructure projects and fast-growing verticals.
