Who We Are

At the birth of digital, Claravine noticed a persistent problem with data integrity. This discovery led to a unique category solution that continues to redefine how top brands and agencies manage the digital experience. We take the drama out of data by standardizing data at the source, giving people, teams, and technology a shared understanding of their data.

What We Do

Claravine is The Data Standards Company. We help brands and agencies deliver on the promise of modern marketing by standardizing taxonomies, naming conventions, and metadata across all digital experiences at the source of data creation. That's why a quarter of the Fortune 100 use our platform, The Data Standards Cloud, to define, apply, and connect standards across their ecosystem for faster decisions, greater agility, and increased ROI.

We Are Hiring

The VP of Product Management leads Claravine's combined Product Management and Product Design organization through the company's growth. Reporting to the Chief Technology & Product Officer (CTPO), this role owns product strategy, and carries commercial accountability for the outcomes that strategy produces: new product and SKU revenue, feature adoption, time-to-value, and Net Promoter Score.

What You'll Do

Product Strategy & Roadmap

  • Own Claravine's product strategy, and translate it into a prioritized roadmap for category creation that balances revenue enablement and innovation
  • Hold the roadmap against Claravine's core capability bets
  • Surface tradeoffs, risks, and dependencies early; recommend a path, then execute decisively once a decision is made
  • Execute the roadmap, ensuring capabilities ship as adopted customer workflows rather than isolated features

Commercial Ownership

  • Own the product's value model — the quantified cost of the customer's current solutions
  • Ensure every roadmap initiative carries a commercial hypothesis, and every new product or SKU launch carries a commercial plan
  • Own new product and SKU launches in service of Claravine's new-ARR growth targets
  • Partner with GTM on pricing and packaging, enablement, and presale motions; be in the field with Sales, not briefing from a distance

Product Discovery & Customer Insight

  • Establish and run the product discovery lifecycle: how customer and market feedback gets collected, analyzed, and turned into roadmap decisions
  • Partner with Customer Success to triage product-related customer challenges and close the loop
  • Maintain working knowledge of buyer activities (planning, activation, measurement) and the surrounding ecosystem (DAMs, DSPs, CDPs, campaign activation platforms)

Adoption, Design & Time-to-Value

  • Own product adoption and time-to-value as primary accountabilities, not just feature delivery
  • Own product design end to end: standards, quality bar, and a measurable UX friction-reduction program
  • Build product and design debt visibility the same way engineering tracks technical debt: known, prioritized, and deliberately traded off
  • Deliver the product capabilities that enhance Claravine's Creative Measurement

Cross-Functional Leadership & Operating Rhythm

  • Operate the Product-to-Market and Customer Success-to-Product decision forums
  • Run the Product Council, where the roadmap gets a commercial review with the customer voice at the table
  • Write and hold the quality bar for product one-pagers, use cases, and specifications that let Engineering start building — be hands-on whenever needed

Team & Organization Building

  • Build and scale a high-performing combined Product Management and Design organization, operating in a startup environment
  • Establish role clarity, career paths, and succession depth across Product and Design
  • Coach product managers and designers through the full product discovery lifecycle

What You Bring to the Table

  • 10+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS and enterprise workflows, including 5+ years leading product managers, with experience leading leaders
  • Domain Experience: an AdOps and MarTech expert who has worked directly with brands and agencies, understands the specific challenges of AdOps, creative, production, and analytics teams, and knows the multi-faceted approaches used to solve them
  • Proficient with buyer activities (planning, activation, measurement) and the platform ecosystem (DAMs, DSPs, DMPs, CDPs, campaign activation)
  • A track record of building complex products that take multiple iterations to become great, in at least two organizations serving a growing enterprise customer base
  • Demonstrable revenue attributable to products or SKUs you owned — not just shipped — including experience carrying a new-product or new-SKU revenue number and being measured on it
  • A track record of pricing and packaging partnership with GTM, and of launches that converted commercially
  • Direct management of designers, or a demonstrated deep working partnership with design leadership, with a track record of raising UX quality in measurable ways (adoption, time-to-value, friction metrics)
  • Experience shipping AI-powered capabilities tied to real, measured customer outcomes
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate product direction and build accountability across teams you don't directly own
