The VP of Product Management will lead the strategic direction and execution of Sequoia’s AI-powered title commitment platform, driving transformative outcomes in speed, certainty, and operational efficiency. This role is pivotal in scaling Sequoia’s refinance and purchase solutions, expanding automation across geographies, and delivering differentiated products to real estate agents, lenders, title agents, and homebuyers.

What You’ll Do:
- Document business processes, training procedures, standard operating procedures, project status, etc..
- Define and drive product strategy/vision for multiple product lines with clear, supportable objectives and long-term vision for a “first of its kind” Title Data Platform leveraging AI & Machine Learning.
- Own & communicate the product vision for your area of ownership. Guide the process for creating product roadmaps that balance the flexibility of Agile development with long-term planning needs of the org.
- Establish product priorities, align strategic objectives and oversee the management & optimization of workflows, meetings and the product feedback process.
- Mentor and grow our Product organization. Set clear expectations and measurable, outcome-based goals
- Lead collaboration across product, engineering, underwriting, operations and data science/strategy. Own difficult conversations, act calmly and maintain accountability. Create connections between development squads and functional groups to resolve dependencies and project blockers.
- Develop frameworks to communicate progress and challenges to executive leadership; ensuring alignment across the organization at all levels.
- Craft KPIs & milestones for your team and products.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of product leaders, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
- Partner with Engineering & Design to ensure cohesive product development cycles and end-to-end collaboration.
- Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership on Product and research trends, opportunities, and challenges.
What You’ll Bring:
- 10+ years of software/technology Product Management experience. Ideally in a mix of small and large company environments.
- 8+ years strong people management & leadership skills, including the ability to build, develop, motivate and grow multiple product teams
- Ability to work backwards from customer needs, diving deep into market and customer research to understand what to build and how to prioritize.
- Data-driven mindset. Ability to analyze large sets of data and leverage quantitative insights, customer analytics and market intelligence to drive product strategy and validate outcomes
- Proven experience shipping large, highly technical/complex products that ideally span B2B and internal tools.
- Experience building & scaling high-performing product teams by attracting top talent, fostering a culture of ownership & innovation, and aligning team structure in alignment with business goals.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills to articulate product strategy, influence stakeholders, and inspire teams.
- Passion for emerging technologies such as AI, machine learning, and big data, and their application in solving complex enterprise challenges.
Pay Range: $ 230,875 – $307,825 Annually
This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
