Key Responsibilities
  • Growth & Performance Marketing: Direct a multi-channel acquisition strategy across Paid Search, SEO, Paid Social, and Programmatic. You will be accountable for driving new funded account growth at efficient unit economics.

  • Brand & Creative Excellence: Oversee the brand identity and creative studio, ensuring Ouro’s message is resonant, consistent, and differentiated in a crowded fintech landscape.

  • Retention & Lifecycle: Own the 30, 60, and 90-day retention KPIs. You will build sophisticated CRM and engagement loops to maximize customer lifetime value.

  • Partner Marketing: Develop and roll out comprehensive marketing strategies for new partner programs, ensuring seamless integration and co-branded success.

  • Martech & Analytics: Modernize our marketing stack to ensure full-funnel visibility and attribution, enabling agile decision-making and precise ROI tracking.

  • Strategic Go-To-Market: Lead the marketing execution for new pricing structures and product launches, aligning messaging with financial targets.

  • Executive Leadership: Act as a key member of the Consumer Core leadership team. You will regularly present performance metrics, strategic roadmaps, and ROI analysis to the Board and Private Equity stakeholders.

The Profile
  • Fintech or Subscription Expert: You have deep experience in either the fintech space or high-scale subscription models. You understand the nuances of financial regulations and the mechanics of recurring revenue.

  • Digital Powerhouse: You are "under the hood" with Paid Search, SEO, and Media Buying. You don't just manage agencies; you know what "good" looks like at a granular level.

  • Financial & Business Acumen: You live in the data. You have a proven track record of managing significant marketing P&Ls and hitting aggressive LTV/CAC targets.

  • PE-Ready: You are comfortable with the pace, reporting requirements, and high-accountability culture of Private Equity-backed companies.

  • Operational Leader: You have experience managing multi-disciplinary teams (Brand, Growth, Tech) and fostering a culture of high performance and continuous testing.

Qualifications
  • 12+ years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (VP or high-level Director).

  • Proven success scaling a consumer brand to millions of users and managing substantial annual spends.

  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex marketing data into business outcomes for Board-level presentations.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

KPIs for Success
  • New Funded Accounts: Achieve monthly and quarterly growth targets.

  • LTV/CAC Ratio: Maintain or improve efficiency while scaling acquisition efforts.

  • Retention: Measured lift in 30, 60, and 90-day active user rates.

  • Strategic Rollouts: Successful market adoption of new pricing and partner programs.
