Role Overview
The VP of AI & Machine Learning leads the design, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale data, analytics, and business intelligence solutions. This role is responsible for defining technology architecture, building scalable data platforms, and implementing analytical, multidimensional, and statistical models that enable data-driven decision-making across the organization.

As a senior technical leader, the Vice President drives innovation in data architecture, advanced analytics, machine learning, and high-performance computing environments while ensuring solutions are secure, scalable, and aligned with business objectives.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-wide data, analytics, and business intelligence architectures.
• Develop scalable data models, frameworks, and architectures that support reporting, analytics, and advanced data science initiatives.
• Design and oversee the implementation of analytical, multidimensional, and statistical models to generate business insights and support strategic decision-making.
• Integrate and optimize diverse data sources across enterprise systems and platforms.
• Establish and maintain data governance, security, and data quality standards to ensure compliance and reliability.
• Develop automation frameworks and modeling methodologies that improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability.
• Partner with business stakeholders, architects, engineers, and cross-functional teams to ensure successful solution delivery.
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to data architects, engineers, and analytics professionals.
• Drive innovation across data platforms, cloud technologies, machine learning initiatives, and high-performance computing environments.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend solutions that enhance organizational data and analytics capabilities.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in Enterprise Data Architecture, Data Modeling, and Business Intelligence solution design and delivery.
• Deep knowledge of Big Data Platforms, Distributed Systems, and scalable data processing architectures.
• Strong understanding of Data Governance, Data Security, and enterprise data management best practices.
• Experience implementing and supporting Machine Learning, advanced analytics, and statistical modeling solutions.
• Proficiency with SQL and analytical database technologies.
• Strong programming experience in C/C++, Java, or related enterprise development languages.
• Experience working with Cloud Technologies and modern data platform ecosystems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead large-scale technology initiatives and influence technical strategy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams.
• Proven leadership experience guiding and developing high-performing technical teams.

The below range reflects the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. This range may be modified in the future. An employee’s position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue-based metrics, any collective bargaining agreements, and business or organizational needs. The salary range for this role is $180,000 to $205,000 USD.

This job is also eligible for bonus pay.
