Job Description

We are seeking a visionary and strategic VP, HR to join our leadership team in a remote position based in the United States. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative talent management strategies that align with our organization's goals and drive business success.

  • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive talent management strategies, including workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention initiatives
  • Design and oversee performance management systems that foster a high-performance culture and drive employee engagement
  • Spearhead leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders within the organization
  • Implement succession planning strategies to ensure business continuity and minimize leadership gaps
  • Leverage HR analytics and metrics to inform data-driven decision-making and demonstrate the impact of talent initiatives
  • Drive change management efforts to support organizational transformation and growth
  • Provide executive coaching and guidance to senior leaders on talent-related matters
  • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives to create a more inclusive workplace and diverse workforce
  • Collaborate with C-suite executives to align talent strategies with overall business objectives
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in talent management to maintain the organization's competitive edge
  • Partner with executive leadership to develop and execute HR strategies that support business goals.
  • Lead workforce planning, talent acquisition, and succession planning efforts.
  • Drive leadership development, employee engagement, and performance management programs.
  • Provide guidance on organizational design, change management, and culture transformation.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, HR policies, and industry best practices.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, offering insights on people-related challenges and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to implement initiatives that enhance employee experience and retention.
  • Utilize HR analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • 15+ years of progressive experience in talent management or related HR roles, with at least 5 years in senior leadership positions
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful talent management strategies in large, complex organizations
  • Strong expertise in strategic workforce planning, performance management, and succession planning
  • Demonstrated ability to design and lead leadership development programs
  • Proficiency in HR analytics and metrics, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent change management skills and experience guiding organizations through transformations
  • Strong executive coaching abilities and experience working with C-suite leaders
  • Deep understanding of talent management best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies
  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a remote environment, across many time zones, with occasional travel as needed
