Dura Digital is growing, and we are looking for exceptional leaders to help us scale with intention. We are a global, AI-native consulting firm built on creativity, collaboration, and care—for our clients and for each other. If you are energized by building trusted relationships, driving growth through value (not volume), and helping organizations realize their digital future, you will feel at home here.
At Dura Digital, growth is not transactional. It is grounded in deep understanding, long-term partnerships, and delivering meaningful outcomes. We challenge the status quo, bring clarity to complexity, and build solutions that create lasting impact. As part of our Growth leadership team, you will play a critical role in shaping how we expand while staying true to who we are.
The Role
We are seeking a VP of Growth, to lead business development, revenue growth, and market expansion across North America. This role partners closely with Studio Leads, Delivery Leadership, and Marketing. This is a hands-on growth leadership role. You will own the companies growth strategy end-to-end: from pipeline development and strategic accounts to partnerships and thought leadership. While this role has accountability for revenue and growth outcomes, success is measured by the quality, sustainability, and impact of the relationships you help build.
You will act as a senior ambassador for Dura Digital in the North American market, ensuring that every opportunity reflects our values, our standards, and our long-term vision.

Market & Strategic Insight
- Stay deeply informed on market trends, client challenges, and emerging technologies relevant to Dura Digital’s studios.

- Establish feedback loops and performance reviews to continuously refine the partner ecosystem.
