Job Description:
Location: Atlanta, GA or open to relocation
About the Role
We are looking for a senior analytics leader to drive growth across our strategic retail client portfolio and to accelerate the expansion of our enterprise analytics offerings. You will combine hands-on practitioner expertise with enterprise growth leadership, making it an opportunity to shape the future of retail analytics at scale.
You will partner with client partners, enterprise sales leads, and internal teams to deliver measurable impact across marketing, sales, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, customer experience, and data engineering. At the same time, you will lead the growth and positioning of our analytics capabilities, expanding adoption of advanced analytics and AI solutions across industries.
What You'll Do
Partner with Strategic Retail Clients
Be a senior advisor, embedding analytics into business-critical functions such as marketing, sales, merchandising, pricing, supply chain, store operations, and customer experience.
Be both a strategic leader and practitioner—able to engage at the C-suite level, but also comfortable getting hands-on with solutioning, code reviews, and technical discussions when needed.
Build and lead hybrid teams (onshore + offshore/Global Delivery Service) that deliver scalable, high-quality, and innovative analytics solutions.
Drive measurable business impact while being accountable for revenue growth and margin performance across client engagements.
Accelerate Analytics Growth
Work with enterprise sales and client partners to identify, shape, and pursue new analytics opportunities across retail and adjacent markets.
Define and evangelize our analytics vision—extending beyond marketing and media into commercial functions such as sales, pricing, merchandising, supply chain, and assortment optimization.
Lead solutioning efforts, go-to-market strategies, and proposal development that position us as a differentiated partner in the analytics space.
Drive thought leadership through market POVs, competitive intelligence, and external representation at industry events.
Lead and Inspire Teams
Build, mentor, and scale hybrid (onshore + offshore) analytics and cross-functional teams across, fostering innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Create best practices, governance models, and scalable delivery frameworks for analytics and data engineering programs.
Stay ahead of market trends in data science, AI/ML, data engineering, and latest retail technologies (e.g., web scraping, competitive intelligence, cloud platforms).
You will report to SVP, Analytics.
What We're Looking For
15+ years of experience in analytics consulting or professional services, with a strong focus on retail and commercial analytics.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative or business discipline (e.g., Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Data Science, Engineering, or MBA).
Experience with building and scaling analytics programs across sales, pricing, merchandising, supply chain, and go-to-market functions.
Demonstrated success leading hybrid teams (onshore client-facing + offshore/global delivery) and managing revenue and margin outcomes.
Hands-on practitioner who can dive into technical detail, including solution design, code reviews, and analytics execution.
Grounding in data engineering and cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP), given the significant role of data engineering in retail analytics.
Familiarity with competitive intelligence techniques, web scraping technologies, and modern data pipelines.
Exceptional communication skills, executive presence, and ability to influence at the C-suite level.
Based in Atlanta, GA or open to relocation.
