1. ResponsibilitiesAI Strategy & Use Case Development
- Drive Medable's clinical AI use case library — mapping agentic AI, predictive analytics, and digital capabilities to sponsor pain points across trial design, patient recruitment, data quality, monitoring, and regulatory submission.
- Work collaboratively to define a prioritised AI use case roadmap, balancing near-term commercial wins with longer-horizon innovation investments.
- Lead structured use case development programmes with pharmaceutical, biotech, and CRO partners — from problem framing through value hypothesis, pilot design, outcome quantification, and commercial packaging.
- Develop and maintain AI value frameworks that quantify the clinical and commercial impact of Medable's capabilities, including enrolment acceleration, protocol deviation reduction, data integrity uplift, and regulatory submission efficiency.
- Translate platform capabilities — including autonomous agents, multi-agent orchestration, and human-in-the-loop workflows — into commercially articulate, audience-appropriate value narratives.
- Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and go-to-market teams to relay field insights and influence the AI product roadmap.
Commercial Positioning & Go-to-Market
- Develop differentiated AI value propositions for clinical research audiences, with clear articulation of how Medable's approach differs from competitor offerings.
