What you can expect

• Maintain and evolve Zoom’s web design system, ensuring consistency, accessibility, and scalability across all digital assets.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to design engaging web pages, feature launches, A/B tests, and personalized experiences that optimize user engagement and conversion rates.

• Advocate for and implement best practices in responsive design, accessibility (ADA compliance), and UX/UI principles to improve usability for all users.

• Manage design projects from concept to final delivery, ensuring efficient feedback loops and a high standard of execution.

• Work closely with developers to ensure seamless design-to-development handoff, optimizing designs for performance, scalability, and accessibility.

• Create marketing materials and digital assets that effectively communicate Zoom’s value propositions and drive business growth.

• Stay ahead of industry trends, bringing innovative ideas to enhance the design and functionality of Zoom’s digital ecosystem.

• Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers, fostering an inclusive and collaborative team environment.

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.

We also have a location based compensation structure;  there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
