We’re looking for a Visual Designer to bring Drata’s brand to life across digital, print, and experiential channels. You'll develop engaging, on-brand visuals for campaigns, content, product marketing, events, and more—ensuring every design reflects Drata’s identity and communicates effectively with our audience.
You’ll work at the intersection of Marketing, Design, and Content—ensuring all creative assets are polished, consistent, and optimized for impact across multiple platforms.
East/Central time zone preferred.
What you’ll do:
- Design engaging creative assets for digital campaigns, social media, email, web, events, and other marketing initiatives, as well as internal events and programs.
- Translate brand guidelines into execution, maintaining visual consistency while bringing fresh ideas to elevate the Drata brand.
- Collaborate with marketers and content creators to visually support campaigns, product launches, and thought leadership initiatives.
- Work closely with external vendors and agencies (when needed) to manage design deliverables and maintain brand standards.
- Support events and experiences with creative materials, including booth design, event collateral, and presentations.
- Stay ahead of design trends to continuously evolve and enhance Drata’s creative expression.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and deadlines.
What you’ll bring:
- 4+ years of design experience, preferably in a marketing or creative agency environment.
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and other design tools.
- Strong portfolio showcasing design work across digital, print, and brand applications.
- Understanding of brand systems and ability to execute within established guidelines while bringing new creative ideas to the table.
- Collaborative mindset with excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with a strong eye for detail and deadlines.
- Passion for storytelling through design and creating visuals that connect with audiences.
- No creative ego—You must work well with others and be open to feedback from multiple stakeholders

This role will receive a competitive base salary, benefits, and stock, typically in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs). The applicable salary range for each US-based role is based on where the employee works and is aligned to one of 3 tiers based on the cost of labor for that geographic area. The expected salary ranges for this role are below, subject to change.
Tier 1: $110,500 - $136,500
Tier 2: $99,450 - $122,900
Tier 3: $88,400 - $109,200
