VIP Client Services Manager

FanDuel Group is looking for a VIP Client Services Manager to support the VIP Shield Select hospitality offering. As the VIP Client Services Manager, you will be overseeing the shield select order portfolio, well ownership of the communications around requests, along with the logistical planning and delivery of the VIP experience. Your role will create opportunities to both reward customers and deliver experiences which to our most valuable players. Customer communication both with FanDuel direct customers along with FanDuel third party vendors will be a critical component of this role. This role may from time to time require in person hosting.

In addition to the specific responsibilities outlined above, employees may be required to perform other such duties as assigned by the Company. This ensures operational flexibility and allows the Company to meet evolving business needs.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

• Develop and implement strategies to primarily drive engagement, retention and KYC through shield select program.
• Provide continuous assessment of our VIP shield select approach and identify areas for improvement and optimizations.
• Work with key stakeholders across FanDuel group to implement improvements and efficiencies.
• Own and build strong relationships with internal partners which include but not limited to, commercial, VIP account manager team, product transformation, ACE, procurement, legal, compliance, CRM and survey teams to ensure cohesive approach around shield select and execution and objectives.
• Ownership of execution on logistical aspects of all shield select orders.
• Manage a team which should oversee customer profile, data and identify trends to support future scope of work for the shield select program.
• Work directly with cross VIP platform teams on tactical strategy, innovation opportunities and creative best practices.
• Continuously look to enhance our VIP shield select offering by evaluating both industry and non-industry VIP+ programs to ensure we are a step ahead and offering differentiating experiences.

THE STATS
What we're looking for in our next teammate

• Bachelor's degree with a strong academic record preferred.
• 5 years of experience of experiential execution.
• An ability to learn quickly, adjust to new environments, and proactively contribute to the team's success
• Experience evaluating opportunities and working with third party vendors.
• Possesses an analytical and proactive mindset - you enjoy aggregating information across disparate data points and sources into clear, actionable insight
• Clear communicator and multitasker, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines across internal and external stakeholders with ease.
• Has exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Intuitive / Problem Solver
• Willing and able to work non-traditional business hours

The applicable salary range for this position is $102,000 - $127,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws.
