Job Description

As a VIP Analyst, you will work closely with the VIP department to analyze customer account data, identify key trends, and provide insight that supports the growth and retention of our VIP customer cohort.

The VIP department plays a key role in developing and retaining our most valuable customers through tailored service, account insight and proactive relationship management. The team focuses on understanding customer behavior identifying opportunities for growth, and supporting effective decision-making through accurate analysis and reporting.

In this role, you will work with a range of stakeholders to monitor VIP customer account metrics, analyze customer performance, and produce insight that supports the department’s objectives. You will be responsible for delivering clear, accurate and timely reports, helping to identify trends, risks and opportunities within the VIP cohort.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong data analysis skills, attention to detail and the ability to communicate findings effectively to senior stakeholders.

The salary range for this position is $65,000-$75,000 annually.

Qualifications

  • Degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proficient in Python and SQL, with experience manipulating and analyzing large data sets.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a methodical approach to working with data.
  • Experience producing reports, dashboards or performance insight for stakeholders.
  • Ability to identify trends, patterns and opportunities from customer or business data.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to present findings clearly to colleagues and management.
  • Experience using data visualization tools or reporting platforms, such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker Studio or similar, desirable.
  • Knowledge of customer account performance, CRM data, retention analysis or VIP/customer segmentation advantageous.
  • Self-motivated and able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
