Job DescriptionAs a VIP Account Manager, you will provide VIP players with exceptional service, utilizing best practices in customer retention and recruitment.
You will join the VIP team and use your in-depth knowledge of Canadian sports to excel in this role.
You will be responsible for retaining players, by delivering strategy that increases our VIP portfolio's numbers, value and longevity.
With responsibility for retention, customer service and regulatory compliance within a selected customer base, your initial focus will be on helping to develop and implement the VIP strategy.
The salary range for this position is $80,000 - $95,000 annually.

Qualifications- In-depth knowledge of the Canadian sports landscape through experience in a similar role in the gambling industry.
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal. Additional languages are advantageous.
- Strong leader and collaborator with excellent negotiation skills.
- Highly analytical and data driven mind-set.
- Experience in building and managing relationships with sports and casino clients in the Canada gambling market.
- Awareness of the industry and the risks involved.
- Knowledge of cost visibility and budget monitoring.
- Helping to develop a VIP program that combines customer service, retention and promotional management for customers across the Canadian market.
- Ensuring Responsible Gaming controls are understood, implemented, audited and part of the department culture.
- Helping the VIP Team to cultivate lasting relationships with VIP customers across sports and gaming.
- Managing and executing internal VIP promotional strategies.
- Developing campaigns appropriate to the territory, to attract and retain valuable customers.
- Revising and formulating the department’s policies and procedures, ensuring implementation.
- Tracking and reporting the performance of the VIP Program against agreed targets to Senior Management.
