Platform Innovation is a newly formed technology department at the forefront of innovation and research, dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technological advancements.

We are creating a dynamic and diverse team that drives our mission of creating groundbreaking advances in our field. As we continue to expand and evolve, we are seeking a highly motivated and visionary team leader to join our department.

You will be responsible for spearheading research and development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams and delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of our objectives.

This role is eligible for inclusion in the Company’s hybrid working from home policy.

The listed salary for this position is $125,000 - $160,000 annually.

• • • • Degree level education or relevant industry experience.
      • Demonstrable commercial experience in a leadership role within a delivery focused department or team.
      • Genuine interest in emerging technologies, industry trends and market dynamics.
      • Demonstrable experience in driving projects from conception to execution, with a track record of successful outcomes.

• Collaborating with internal stakeholders across Technology and the wider business to identify innovation opportunities and align on objectives, while presenting innovative concepts, ideas and project updates to senior management and stakeholders.
• Building and maintaining relationships with external partners, vendors and industry experts to stay connected with the broader innovation ecosystem.
