Own and build Thatch's in-house video capability across growth, product, and brand. Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards; produce videos end-to-end (filming, editing, motion graphics, sound); create performance-driven creative and customer/product storytelling; partner with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and leadership.
About the role
Thatch is rewiring how health benefits work. We're looking for a Video Creative to own video at Thatch.
You'll define how we use video at Thatch and own the work from concept through final edit. You'll build our video capability from the ground up across performance marketing, product launches, and customer storytelling.
What you'll do
- Own video creative across growth marketing, product marketing, and brand.
- Build our in-house video function.
- Develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards based on the audience and channel.
- Produce video from start to finish, including filming, editing, motion graphics, and sound.
- Create performance creative, measure what works, and let the results shape what you make next.
- Produce customer stories, product videos, and brand content that help people understand Thatch.
- Partner closely with Growth, Product Marketing, Design, and company leadership.
What we're looking for
- You've owned video production from concept through final delivery.
- A portfolio that demonstrates strong creative judgment and excellent execution.
- Fluency across editing, motion graphics, filming, sound, and post-production.
- Comfort working in a fast-moving environment with a high degree of ownership.
- You've created performance marketing creative and used data to improve it.
- Strong judgment about when to ship quickly and when higher production value matters.
