About Location3

Most agencies are built for one brand talking to one audience. We are built for brands that grow through local operators, where the marketing has to work in hundreds of different local markets at once and the people spending the budget are independent owners rather than a corporate team. That is a harder problem, and it is the one we have spent twenty five years on. We also build LOCALACT, the platform those owners use to run their own local marketing.

The opportunity

We are creating a senior commercial seat to own new logo revenue as a single number.

You would carry a personal quota alongside the team number. This is a selling seat as well as a leading one, and you will be in pursuits and closing.

You would also build the sales organization: hiring, coaching, territory design and the pursuit process itself.

We are recruiting for this role and for a Chief Growth Officer at the same time and will fill one of the two. The Chief Growth Officer is broader, covering two revenue lines plus marketing and partnerships. If you are interested in either, apply to whichever fits and tell us.

What you will own

● New logo revenue, held as a single number and forecast weekly into the leadership scorecard

● A personal quota, carried alongside the team number. This is a selling seat as well as a leading one

● The pipeline end to end. Targeting, outreach, qualification, pursuit, RFI and RFP production, pitch strategy, negotiation and close

● Salesforce as the pipeline and forecast of record, with stage definitions, forecast discipline and a repeatable pursuit process

● The sales team. Hiring, coaching, territory and account assignment, and holding sellers to their numbers

How you will be measured

New logo revenue against the company target. Personal quota attainment. Pipeline coverage and forecast accuracy. Qualified opportunities created. Cost per acquired logo.

What we are looking for

● Ten or more years in agency, marketing services or professional services sales, with new business ownership and a track record of carrying and hitting a number. Experience building and coaching a selling team. Strong CRM discipline

● Understands that a new logo number is built from pipeline discipline rather than effort, and can tell a real pipeline from a decorated one

● Wants to carry a number personally and build a team that carries one. Comfortable being measured on both

Where you will work

This is a Denver-based remote role. You will be asked into our Glendale office a couple of times a month for in-person collaboration. There is no fixed schedule. Our office is at 720 South Colorado Boulevard, Glendale, Colorado.

Compensation and benefits

$92,500 to $115,000 base depending on experience, plus commission on new business. This is a full-time, exempt position. Eligible for the annual company bonus, paid on company performance.

Medical, dental and vision cover. A 401(k) with company match. Wellbeing stipends, paid time off, and support for remote working.

Hiring timeline

Applications are open now and close at 5.00pm Mountain Time on Monday 12 October 2026.

We review every application that week and will be in touch by Friday 16 October if we would like to take your application further. Interviews take place the week of 19 October and are held in person at our Glendale office.
