Reporting directly to the CEO and serving as a member of the Senior Leadership Team, this executive will have responsibility for national sales performance across acute and non-acute markets, while strengthening Medaxis' direct sales execution, DME and distribution channels, strategic partnerships, and overall commercial operating discipline.

What You'll Lead
Drive National Sales Performance
- Own national revenue, profitability, budget and quota performance across acute and non-acute markets.
- Translate company strategy into segment-specific commercial playbooks covering targeting, access, evaluation, conversion and utilization.
- Establish a disciplined commercial operating cadence with clear metrics, accountability and corrective action when performance falls short.
- Own forecast accuracy and commercial inputs into annual operating plans.
- Manage sales budgets and commercial investments with a focus on profitable growth and return.
- Improve revenue quality through disciplined pricing, product mix, contracting and channel management.
Build a High-Performance Sales Organization
- Assess and continuously strengthen the sales organization across talent, structure, territories, compensation, incentives and capabilities.
- Recruit, retain, coach and develop high-performing commercial talent.
- Create a culture of accountability, urgency, transparency and measurable performance.
- Strengthen pipeline management, account planning, sales process and field execution.
- Remain highly visible in the field and close to customers, sales representatives and channel partners.
Expand Market Access Through Channels & Strategic Partnerships
- Develop and strengthen relationships with DMEs, distributors, IDNs, GPOs and other strategic partners that can expand access and accelerate adoption.
- Build channel strategies that complement and strengthen direct sales execution.
- Negotiate commercially attractive agreements that align partner incentives with Medaxis' growth and profitability objectives.
- Establish partner business reviews and scorecards measuring pipeline, revenue, utilization, commitments and execution.
- Identify opportunities to expand access across both acute and non-acute care environments.
Partner Across the Business
- Collaborate closely with Marketing on positioning, product launches, evidence requirements and customer insights.
- Bring customer, competitive and field intelligence into company strategy and commercial decision-making.
- Partner effectively with functional leaders across the organization to remove barriers to growth and improve execution.
- Build a strong, trusted working relationship with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team.
- Communicate commercial performance, priorities, opportunities and risks clearly to executive leadership and the Board.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience; MBA preferred.
- Significant senior commercial leadership experience within wound care and/or NPWT medical devices.
- Direct wound-care experience is required.
- Strong understanding of NPWT commercial models, including capital equipment, disposables, recurring revenue and systems-based selling.
- Demonstrated success driving sustained revenue growth in complex, reimbursement-driven and highly competitive healthcare markets.
- Experience building, scaling or transforming sales organizations.
- Demonstrated success leading both direct sales and channel-partner strategies.
- Strong experience working with DMEs and distribution partners within wound care or NPWT.
- Demonstrated commercial success across both acute and non-acute care markets.
- Strong understanding of pricing, contracting, reimbursement, channel economics and revenue quality.
- Ability to travel approximately 50% across the United States.
