The Vice President, Marketing and Business Development reports to the General Manager of Isotope Strategy and is responsible for global sales strategy and implementation, development and execution of marketing strategies, and establishment of strategic partnerships. This role leads revenue generation, commercial operations, customer satisfaction, and recruitment of top commercial talent across ARTMS and Telix.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with senior management across Telix and its subsidiaries to ensure success of commercial initiatives.
  • Develop customer strategies by segment, including revenue optimization and distribution planning.
  • Develop and execute global marketing plans aligned to company goals.
  • Own the global product lifecycle and commercial strategic plan, including corporate agreements.
  • Establish and execute pricing and contracting strategies.
  • Drive development and execution of marketing plans for current and future products.
  • Partner with Human Resources to recruit and retain top commercial talent.
  • Analyze market and industry trends to inform new commercial strategies.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and order fulfillment in partnership with functional leaders.
  • Contribute to new product development ideation.
  • Establish and manage annual budgets for Sales, Marketing, and Business Development.

Education and Experience:

  • Undergraduate degree in Marketing, Life Sciences or Business Administration required; MBA Preferred
  • 10+ years of experience in the radiopharmaceutical field required
  • Ability to travel globally
