Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM | Position Pay Range: $172,800 - $216,000

Summary/Objective
The Vice President of Enterprise Services is responsible for providing executive leadership over enterprise-wide operational capabilities that support all markets across the organization. This role develops, standardizes, and continuously improves enterprise service lines to enhance organizational performance, scalability, patient experience, and long-term growth. The Vice President establishes the operational vision, governance structures, and performance standards for enterprise functions while partnering with regional operations leaders to ensure consistent execution and measurable results. This position serves as a strategic advisor to the Chief Operating Officer and collaborates with executive leadership to drive operational transformation, innovation, and enterprise value creation.
Essential Functions
1. Provides executive leadership for enterprise service lines, including Women's Imaging Services, Quality & Safety, Enterprise Initiatives & Execution, and Clinical Standardization.
2. Develops long-term strategies and operating models that improve enterprise performance and support organizational growth.
3. Defines governance structures, operating standards, and accountability models for enterprise service lines.
4. Establishes standardized workflows, policies, and best practices that improve consistency across all markets.
5. Leads enterprise continuous improvement efforts focused on quality, efficiency, scalability, and patient experience.
6. Builds enterprise scorecards, executive dashboards, and key performance indicators that measure operational effectiveness.
7. Monitors enterprise performance trends and recommends corrective actions when performance falls below expectations.
8. Sponsors enterprise initiatives involving technology adoption, workflow redesign, automation, and clinical innovation.
9. Partners with Regional Operations leaders to ensure enterprise standards are consistently implemented across markets.
10. Manages enterprise service line budgets and evaluates return on investment for operational initiatives.
11. Cultivates high-performing leaders through recruitment, mentorship, and succession planning.
12. Performs other duties as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibility
This position provides daily leadership and operational support to the Operations Department. This position is also responsible for the performance management and hiring of the employees within the department.
Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Job Qualifications
Job Qualifications/Experience:
• Ten plus years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare operations, enterprise services, organizational transformation, or operational excellence. • Experience leading enterprise-wide service lines or multi-functional operational teams.
• Demonstrated success implementing large-scale operational improvements and organizational change.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, and operational leadership skills.
• Experience developing enterprise KPIs, scorecards, and performance management systems.
• Executive-level communication, relationship-building, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to lead through influence across complex, matrixed organizations.
Education/Certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required.
• Master's degree (MBA, MHA, or equivalent) preferred.
