The Sales Account Manager develops and executes sales and marketing plans for a designated territory, builds customer and partner relationships, meets sales quotas, monitors market conditions, forecasts sales, manages budgets, oversees promotions, and prepares performance reports. The role requires daily local automobile travel to customer and clinical environments, with occasional overnight or out-of-area travel.

The Human Resources Generalist supports benefits administration, employee relations, payroll changes, training, performance management, onboarding, recruitment, policy implementation, and employment-law compliance. The role handles EEOC and unemployment matters, conducts investigations and exit interviews, coordinates open enrollment, supports managers with disciplinary actions, and recruits exempt and nonexempt employees. It works closely with senior HR management and requires periodic travel to support the Northeast region.

Drive growth for Assured Imaging by identifying and pursuing new business with hospitals, clinics, and physician groups. Build stakeholder relationships, design tailored imaging solutions, lead contract negotiations, track pipeline in CRM, represent the company at events, and report results to leadership. Frequent multi-state travel required.

Provide legal advice across business, contracts, litigation, employment, transactions, and healthcare regulatory matters. Draft and negotiate contracts, oversee outside counsel, support corporate structuring, deputize for General Counsel, supervise 1-2 legal staff, and collaborate with compliance and business leaders.
