Leads enterprise AI and transformation strategy, overseeing AI governance, clinical validation, workflow redesign, product development, automation, vendor evaluation, change management, and value realization. Builds the transformation function while remaining hands-on with prototyping, testing, technical delivery, and troubleshooting. Partners with clinical, operational, technical, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders to deploy safe, scalable AI solutions and communicate outcomes to leadership and the board.

Prepares consolidated financial statements, reconciliations, journal entry data, distribution calculations, and financial reports. Reviews general ledger balances, analyzes transactions and contracts for GAAP compliance, identifies discrepancies, and supports accounting projects. The role requires strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills while working onsite in a professional office environment.

The Academic Support Manager builds partnerships with colleges and technical schools to recruit and develop radiologic technologist talent. Responsibilities include coordinating clinical placements, assigning mentors, supporting student progress, representing the company at career events, communicating benefits and opportunities, and developing internal and external staffing pipelines. The role also oversees the Advanced Modality Cross-Training Program, collaborates with operational leaders, and provides limited supervision.
