Join JPMorgan Chase & Co.'s Chief Data and Analytics Office as a Vice President in the AI Solutions and Business Enablement team, where you will play a pivotal role in managing the LLM Suite, our flagship GenAI capability. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the business management processes for a platform that serves over 200,000 employees globally, driving innovation and compliance in AI solutions.
As a Vice President in the AI Solutions and Business Enablement team within the Chief Data and Analytics Office, you will be the face of LLM Suite's business management processes. You will ensure the successful scaling of the platform by completing all required governance and compliance steps and managing documentation retention. You will interface with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, controls, and legal domains, ensuring all necessary approvals are received for each release milestone.

You will interface with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, controls, and legal domains, ensuring all necessary approvals are received for each release milestone.
Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary liaison with senior stakeholders across risk, compliance, controls, and legal domains.
- Ensure all approvals are received for necessary milestones and tollgates of every LLM Suite release.
- Perform checks using available data to ensure users comply with defined standards.
- Maintain records of all received approvals and systematically archive governance and compliance documentation.
- Ensure application profile management in internal systems is up to date.
- Anticipate bottlenecks, mitigate risks, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
- Prepare and deliver executive communication materials to senior executives.
- Manage and mentor junior team members, providing guidance and support.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 6+ years of experience in risk and compliance, business management, or a chief of staff role interfacing with senior stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to achieve goals without direct control over resources.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with experience in designing and delivering target operating models.
- Capability to define and drive a delivery roadmap, including milestone deliveries and status reporting.
- Ability to identify and resolve issues with urgency, demonstrating strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
- Ability to manage multiple, changing priorities independently, inspiring collaboration among diverse teams.
- Proficiency in analytical techniques and tools.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- Demonstrated strategic and commercial mindset, with strong analytical abilities and intellectual curiosity.
- Familiarity with LLMs, AI/ML, and technology management processes, or experience with innovative technologies such as AI, Cloud services, and Digital Products.
