As a Lead Business Manager, you'll engage with business, firmwide, and technology teams to drive strategic priorities and deliver key updates to senior leadership. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with Data and AI leaders, leading the transformation of the bank.
As the Lead Business Manager within the CIB CDAO in New York, you will be responsible for supporting strategic initiatives and interacting with a diverse range of stakeholders. Under the supervision of the London-based lead Business Manager, you will operate horizontally across the firm, providing insights across all lines of business. Your role will encompass strategic enablement, analytics, and communications to foster engagement and achieve desired outcomes.

Job Responsibilities:
- Operate as a horizontal function to drive and accelerate top priorities.
- Enable delivery of strategic priorities by defining and governing Outcomes and Key Results (OKRs).
- Lead data-driven analyses to provide transparency and enable decision-making.
- Develop concise communication materials for key events and initiatives.
- Drive engagement strategy in partnership with internal communications and HR.
- Execute and support events such as bi-annual Global Townhalls.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 6+ years of consulting experience with a top-tier strategy/management consulting firm or internal consulting/corporate strategy team.
- Proficiency in structuring and scoping complex problems and applying analytical tools.
- Experience in executing multiple projects with various stakeholders.
- Experience applying data analysis to solve business problems.
- Cross-functional collaboration skills, including influencing stakeholders.
- Strategic and innovative mindset with a willingness to challenge the status quo.
- Strong leadership skills to develop team capabilities and foster an open culture.
- Strong communication skills, with experience communicating to senior leadership.
- Interest or experience in the Data/AI space, with knowledge of industry trends.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in the Data/AI industry or related fields.
- Familiarity with strategic enablement and analytics tools.
