As the Value Stream Manager at Mixbook, you will be a key member of Mixbook’s global Printer Operations team, driving daily operational excellence and long-term growth. You’ll lead end-to-end management of our supply network to deliver planned-predictable-performance across quality, delivery and cost dimensions. This hands-on role is critical in ensuring we meet and exceed customer expectations while driving operational effectiveness and sustainably.

We’re looking for a versatile manager who excels at building strong relationships, driving performance, collaborating across teams and stakeholders, and uses data to identify solutions and drive continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do- End:End Management: Execute on all aspects of our end-end value stream; from customer order receipt, through manufacturing at suppliers, through logistics providers, and finally to customers, on-time, on-quality, and on-cost.
- Execution Model: Define and execute a supply network operating model that drives growth and operational effectiveness.
- Trusted Partner: Build, manage, and optimize relationships with a global network of suppliers and shipping carriers to ensure quality, delivery, and cost performance.
- Quality Management: Responsible for overall quality management system, including: process framework, process documentation, supplier quality audits, CAPA, and SCAR. Act as lead investigator for all significant quality excursions.
- Fulfillment & Logistics: Oversee end-to-end fulfillment operations, ensuring on-time delivery, carrier performance and management of carrier credits process.
- Process Optimization: Apply expertise in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, and Operations Research to develop scalable processes to drive operational efficiencies, risk management, and flexibility internally and with suppliers.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage data and analytics to develop KPIs, dashboards, investigate root causes of performance gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and proactively mitigate risks across the global supply network.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Finance, Product, Customer Experience, and Marketing teams to align operations with customer expectations and business goals.
- Extensive experience in operations management, including experience in internal operations, supplier operations, transportation management.
- Proven track record in managing virtual supply networks.
- Experience with operational analysis tools; throughput analysis, bottleneck management, queuing theory, changeover management, value stream analysis, standard work, and simulations.
- Deep expertise in collaborative planning, inventory management, cost management, and logistics optimization.
- Experience with enterprise systems and operational analytics tools.
- Strong leadership skills, with experience managing suppliers and logistics providers.
- Excellent hands-on problem-solving skills and experience using lean, six sigma and theory of constraints tools to drive continuous improvement
- Financial acumen, including cost management, working capital management, and business case development
- Degree in Engineering, IEOR preferred.
- Certifications such as APICS CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) are desirable.
- Certifications in problem solving methodologies, lean six sigma blackbelt preferred.
