Job Description

Mixbook is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Content Producer to join our Brand & Creative Marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting our content marketing efforts by producing high-quality branded visual and multimedia content that connects with our audiences on an emotional level. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in photography, video production, and editing, with a foundational understanding of writing and storytelling (writing skills are a plus but not required). You’ll work closely with our Content Marketing Manager and SEO Marketing Manager to create compelling content that engages our audience and aligns with our brand goals.

What You'll Do
  • Photography & Videography:
    • Plan, shoot, and edit professional-quality photos and videos for a variety of platforms, including web, social media, and marketing campaigns.
    • Capture product shots and create lifestyle content that aligns with our brand’s visual identity.
  • Video Creation and Editing:
    • Create, edit and produce engaging video content, including short-form and long-form videos (e.g. webinars and tutorials), optimized for different platforms such as Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Incorporate graphics, text overlays, and other enhancements to create polished final products.
  • Content Production:
    • Collaborate with the Content and SEO teams to develop and executive multimedia content strategies that resonate with our audience segments.
    • Repurpose video and photo assets into content that supports various marketing goals (e.g., blogs, campaigns, email, social posts).
  • Brand Alignment:
    • Ensure all visual content adheres to brand guidelines, maintaining consistency across platforms and channels.
  • Creative Collaboration:
    • Work with the marketing team to conceptualize ideas for visually driven campaigns.
    • Provide creative input during planning and production phases to optimize content quality and engagement.
What You'll Need
  • Required Skills:
    • Proficiency in photography and videography, including experience with DSLR cameras and lighting equipment.
    • Advanced video editing skills using tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent software.
    • Knowledge of basic photo editing tools like Adobe Photoshop or Lightroom.
    • Ability to conceptualize and execute creative ideas for multimedia content.
    • Expert understanding of social media platforms, trends, and platform-specific best practices
  • Preferred Skills:
    • Basic writing and storytelling skills to collaborate with the content team effectively.
    • Familiarity with social media content trends and platform-specific best practices.
    • Experience with motion graphics or animation tools (e.g., After Effects) is a bonus.
  • Other Qualifications:
    • Strong organizational skills and ability to project manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
    • A proactive, collaborative, and solution-oriented approach to problem-solving.
    • A portfolio showcasing photography and videography work is required.
