We’re looking for a Solution Consultant with deep UKG Ready expertise to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll partner with clients to design, configure, and deliver solutions that elevate their experience and optimize how they use the UKG Ready platform.

As clients grow and the industry evolves, so do their needs. You’ll be the trusted advisor who understands their challenges, identifies opportunities for improvement, and translates those into actionable system configurations and process enhancements. From discovery to delivery, you’ll own the journey — ensuring clients not only receive the right solution but also feel confident using it moving forward

Responsibilities

  • Act as a subject matter expert in UKG Ready, maintaining detailed knowledge of at least two core modules.
  • Host discovery sessions with clients, asking thoughtful, leading questions to uncover needs and pain points.
  • Gather and translate business requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
  • Brainstorm and present solution options, helping clients understand trade-offs and best practices.
  • Scope projects and create realistic timelines with milestones.
  • Configure UKG Ready to align with the approved solution, testing thoroughly for accuracy and compliance.
  • Deliver training to client administrators to ensure long-term success and adoption.
  • Partner with client support teams to build their knowledge and assist with escalated, complex cases.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, payroll/HCM compliance requirements, and UKG product updates.

Required Skill Sets and Experience

  • Proven expertise in UKG Ready with hands-on experience in at least two core modules (e.g., Payroll, Time & Labor, HR).
  • Demonstrated ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously with strong prioritization skills.
  • Exceptional problem-solving mindset — resourceful, analytical, and solutions-oriented.
  • Highly organized and detail-driven, able to balance strategy with execution.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain technical processes in simple terms.
  • Self-starter who thrives with minimal supervision and makes sound decisions based on available information.
  • Continuous learner who embraces new challenges and evolving client needs.

What’s in it for you?

  • FREE medical, dental, and vision plans
  • FREE basic life insurance, short term disability, and employee assistance programs
  • 401(k) traditional and Roth plans with Employer Match
  • Generous PTO, bonus, and stock options
  • $400 office equipment reimbursement
  • $300/year fitness reimbursement
  • Internet reimbursement
  • Paid professional development & tuition reimbursement
  • Generous referral bonuses
  • Paid parental leave
  • Remote-friendly work environment
  • Paid sabbatical leave program
