We transform the way payments are imagined — as an opportunity for innovation, a source of insight to customers, and a way to connect with partners around the globe!

Summary: The User Experience Designer Lead within the Product team will be responsible for crafting, designing, and implementing UI/UX experiences for an ecosystem of digital products used by our client and recipient end users. You will work individually, and alongside Product and Technology teams to achieve goals aligned with departmental and company initiatives. • Lead other designers across workstreams, helping shape design work and running appropriate meeting rituals with cross-discipline partners.
  • Contribute to expanding design operations documentation and establishing new processes within Design and across disciplines in partnership with the Director of Use Experience.
  • Facilitate collaboration and alignment for in-flight and upcoming design work across production teams in the larger Onbe organization to inform and shape roadmaps, and to continuously refine the product vision.
  • Collaborate with product designers, developers and QA analysts to ensure end-to-end experiences are fully functioning, accessible, and adaptable.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in Product Design for complex B2B/B2C/B2B2C ecosystems, including mobile applications and responsive web experiences.
  • Expertise in all phases of UCD process: user research, co-leading workshops, requirements definition, and designing wireframes, prototypes, and visual comps.
  • Deep proficiency of Figma and Miro design tools.
  • Experienced working with and contributing changes to established design systems.
  • Exceptional visual and interaction design skills demonstrated in designing dashboards, visualizations, and data-heavy UI layouts.
  • Skilled at translating business objectives and technology constraints into customer-centered, actionable designs solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and storytelling abilities to communicate design decisions to Product, Technology, and cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborates cross-functionally with Product and Technology teams within a SAFe Agile project environment and across multiple organizations.
  • Experience leading and mentoring designers.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, UX Design, or related field (HCI, Accessibility, etc.).

Preferred Qualifications:
