Job Description:

Manage payroll inputs, accounting, auditing, payment processing, journal entries, reconciliations and time and absence system processing and reporting.

A bachelors degree is required; preferably with an emphasis in accounting. Candidate should possess at minimum eight years of payroll experience including experience with Workday time / absence systems with strong technical skills.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage payroll input according to deadlines  

  • Review output, reconcile gross to net, post payroll journals and reconcile accounts

  • Support annual audits and preparation of financial statements

  • Manage day-to-day payroll matters in collaboration with HR business partners, employees, and external providers as necessary

  • Ensure adherence to payroll regulations

  • Assist in system integration, including new applications and configuration

Education/Qualifications/Specialist Training:

  • Bachelors degree / emphasis in accounting

  • 8+ years of related experience

  • Journal creation and account reconciliation

  • Corporate finance experience

  • Payroll processing managing inputs thru output review and approval

  • Payroll Benefit knowledge

  • Accuracy and attention to detail / prioritization / multitasking

  • Communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

The annual base salary range for this position is $88,300 - $141,300.
