A Brief Overview
The Treasury Management Development Analyst is a dedicated sales position that actively seeks out new business clients. The TM Dev Analyst is responsible for preparing Request for Proposals and developing sales strategy and calling plans.
What you will do
  • Proactively seeks out new commercial clients.
  • Prepares and leads Request for Proposals (RFPs).
  • Develops and implements a Treasury Management sales strategy and calling plan.
  • Attends networking events both during and after typical working hours, and represents FirstBank in the business community.
  • Consults with prospects, customers, and market staff to determine appropriate TM solutions.
  • Leads Treasury Management client meetings.
  • Performs account analysis to recommend Treasury Management products and solutions for new and existing customers.
  • Prepares customer sales packets and marketing materials.
  • Facilitates product installations, setups, and trainings for business clients.
  • Maintains and cultivates sales pipeline by expanding relationship with existing customers and new commercial clients.
  • Maintains up to date knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.
  • Understands client's business environment and industry.
  • Monitors competitors' TM products and performs internal product gap analysis.
  • Leads Treasury Management department meetings and trainings.
  • Meets established sales goals expectations.
  • Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
  • Understands and complies with all provisions of the Safety in the Workplace policy.

Minimum Requirements
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in related field and a minimum of 2 years of related experience.
  • A combination of post-high school education, job related certification and related experience equivalent to 5 years may be considered in lieu of minimum requirements

Preferred Requirements
  • CTP or previous TM experience
  • Business Banking experience
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management systems such as Salesforce

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert understanding and knowledge of all TM products and Solutions
  • Expert understanding of business banking, customer service, and sales strategies
  • Strong decision-making, and problem solving skills
  • Consultative sales and financial products knowledge
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to focus on multiple priorities without degradation in the quality of work produced
  • Effective time-management skills
  • Strong initiative and self-motivated to prioritize project work
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel and a willingness to learn new bank systems, products, and programs
  • Ability to communicate skillfully and professionally

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements
  • Frequently remains stationary throughout a typical business day
  • Frequently operates a computer and other office machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine, and computer printer
  • Occasionally moves about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, and other rooms
  • Occasionally positions self to access drawers and shelves of various heights
  • Frequently reaches for and handles paperwork and files
  • Constantly communicates with customers, coworkers, and management in-person and on the phone
  • Must be able to exchange accurate information
  • FirstBank does not currently offer fully remote positions, except as required by law. The actual number of in-office days that may be required will vary by business unit, role, and business need.

Specific branch/department placement will be determined at a later date.
Salary Range
$36.90 Per Hour to $61.65 Per Hour
