Note: This position is hyrbid - in office in 2x per month in Denver, CO. All applicants must possess an active real estate license in CO.

The Transaction Coordinator role involves collaborating within our team to manage all compliance and administrative aspects of the listings, transaction, and commission process. Daily Agent interaction is a key part of this crucial operational role. The support our Transaction Coordinators provide allows our Agents to focus on building client relationships and developing their businesses. Our team provides comprehensive support and acts as the central point of contact for all relevant stakeholders, ensuring a smooth closing process. From document preparation and deadline tracking, to regular updates for all parties to a transaction, your goal is to facilitate the process for Agents and clients at every stage. You will also collaborate closely with local lenders, attorneys, and title companies, utilizing your extensive experience and strong industry contacts for each contract you process.

At Compass You Will:

  • Handle document tracking for a large volume of real estate transactions from listing to close, and/or contract to close, ensuring compliance with brokerage and legal requirements — averaging roughly 25-30 closings per month
  • Ensure real estate contracts are processed properly and in a timely matter, with a focus on the details
  • Manage and track contract deadlines to ensure all timelines are met
  • Navigate company systems to validate accuracy of compliance and commission records
  • Provide support to Agents in response to inquiries regarding commission payouts, deductions, and commission calculations
  • Collaborate with sales managers and other support teams to offer outstanding support to the agents

What We Are Looking For:

  • 2+ years of experience in a dedicated Transaction Coordinator role
  • Real estate license required
  • Familiarity with standard real estate forms used in CO
  •  Expertise in CTMe, REColorado MLS, and Showingtime
  • Strong written, quantitative, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to digest detailed contracts and make informed decisions based on content
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality of Agent’s contract data
  • Work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Customer service-oriented personality
  • Impeccable attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • B.A. or B.S. degree preferred

Compensation:  

The salary pay range for this position is a base pay of $30.00 - $36.00 pr/hr; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Bonuses and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of benefits. Base pay is based on market location. Minimum wage for the position will always be met.
