The Training Officer will design, deliver, and evaluate training sessions, create training content, and support employee development while working closely with the Training Delivery Manager.
A Training Officer, who will design, deliver and evaluate a range of learning and training interventions to support the continued growth and goals of the Company.
Reporting directly to the Training Delivery Manager, you will deliver high quality classroom and virtual training sessions, create bespoke training content, and continuously review and update materials to ensure they are in line with Business requirements.
You will be highly motivated, positive and be passionate about wanting to develop others.
Full training will be supplied on all aspects of the role, providing you with all the knowledge you require to become a valuable part of the team. Continuous professional development is also supported and encouraged.
This is a full-time, in-office position that requires availability to work evenings, weekends, and federal holidays to meet Business needs.
The salary range for this position is $65,000 - $72,000 annually.

- Experience of working in a corporate learning and development role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Excellent interpersonal skills including the confidence to converse with Senior Managers.

- Experience of working with internal systems.
- Good working knowledge and experience of using Microsoft Office packages.
- Willing to travel to overseas offices for short periods.
What you will do
- Designing new learning and training interventions and producing materials in accordance with the needs of the Business.
- Delivering effective training modules and presenting briefing sessions in line with industry regulations.
- Evaluating the effectiveness of existing learning and training interventions and materials.
- Making recommendations for change to key stakeholders.
- Representing the Training department and acting as a point of liaison for dedicated departments.
