A Brand Strategist, who will join the marketing team to be the bridge between data insights and execution with the goal of strengthening the brand positioning in the US market.
You will blend cultural intuition with analytical rigor. You'll help define and evolve the brand in the US market digging deep into audience behavior, market dynamics, and creative whitespace to shape where we go next. Your impact will be spread from campaign strategy to creative briefs.
The salary range for this role $85,000 - $115,000 annually.

Preferred skills and experience
  • Comprehensive experience in brand strategy-agency or in-house (sports, entertainment, lifestyle, or betting preferred) with a background in media, creative strategy, or social/content planning.
  • Experience conducting competitive audits, audience research, and cultural analysis.
  • A strong pulse on pop culture, fan behavior, and evolving digital and content trends.
  • Strategic thinker with a creative streak-comfortable writing briefs and presenting big-picture ideas.
  • Strong cross-functional collaborator with excellent communication skills.
  • Energized by a fast-paced, high-competition, high-opportunity environment.
  • Familiarity with tools like YouGov, GWI, brand trackers, and social listening platforms are a plus.

What you will do
  • Shaping and refining brand positioning, voice, and messaging tailored to the competitive and cultural realities of the US market.
  • Conducting ongoing audits of sports betting, entertainment, and adjacent lifestyle brands analyzing campaigns, media strategies, brand claims, and tone of voice. Using this intel to sharpen our brand edge.
  • Staying up to date with pop culture, internet behavior, fan communities, emerging platforms, and shifts in how people engage with sports, entertainment, and betting. Spotting what's next and help us get there first.
  • Distilling market research, audience data, and brand tracking into sharp, actionable insights that power creative development and campaign planning.
  • Crafting creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and brand narratives that inspire bold, breakthrough ideas.
  • Collaborating with analytics and research teams to measure brand performance, test messaging, and continuously refine our approach.
  • Acting as a strategic guardrail across all consumer touchpoints ensuring clarity, consistency, and creativity in how the brand shows up.
