The Opportunity…

The Training Facilitator will provide Insurance facilitation and support (Medicare) to learners to support their understanding of learning requirements, learning management practices, and learning systems. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with various educational techniques for distinct roles and skill sets. You will ensure our work environment helps employees develop their skills and fosters career advancement.

How You'll Contribute…
  • Providing virtual facilitation and adult learning subject matter expertise on special projects to help deliver on key initiatives

  • Facilitate virtual training for designated licensed and/or non-licensed agents with the ability to deliver, project, and motivate trainees through effective training methodologies, both in group and individual settings

  • Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with managers, colleagues, and other departments

  • Plan and conduct activities for a balanced program of instruction that meets the needs of adult learners

  • Prepare instructional materials and presentations

  • Cross-collaboration with various stakeholders to identify training needs, identify performance gaps, and implement training best practices to ensure alignment with company needs

  • Develop new or modify existing content that includes clear objectives for all trainings, workshops, activities, and projects

  • Provide a positive environment and manage group conduct to promote active engagement of participants in the learning process

  • Responsible for training and enabling agents to meet or exceed baseline sales performance metrics and key performance indicators.

  • Track metrics and performance of new hires

What We're Looking For…
  • Participates in crafting learning resources, including e-learning modules, guides, assessments, etc. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker and capable of usingthe tools and resources needed to improve employee training and performance. Assists with assessing training needs; plans or participates in developing training course objectives based on departmental needs.

  • Prior experience using a Learning Management System within a training or enablement environment to deliver, track, and manage learner progress.

  • Must have previous facilitation experience in call center sales environments and working knowledge of system processes to ensure successful delivery of training

  • Proven experience as a virtual facilitator or similar role, with a strong understanding of online facilitation best practices.

  • Experience in Medicare

  • Incorporate engaging learning practices through role plays, informal and formal checks, assessments, and measurements to ensure learning retention

  • Monitor trainees’ progress through the program, emphasizing actionable knowledge transfer

  • Manage the training room to ensure the best learning environments for diverse learners

  • Excellent verbal, written, and calendar maintenance skills with experience in creating and conducting effective presentations

  • Prior call center leadership experience

  • Ability to employ effective engagement techniques to transfer ownership of the learning experience to the participants

  • Detail-oriented and exhibit proficiency in follow-up and time management skills

  • Have good attendance and a flexible schedule to train in hours that meet business needs

  • Ability to utilize an innovative approach to facilitation through knowledge of adult learning methodologies

  • Create and maintain an effective learning environment through facilitative leadership

  • 2+ year experience in designing and developing training content

  • Experience with Microsoft and Google Suite

Licensing and Certifications
  • Active Health Insurance License

  • Up to date on Continuing Education Coursework

  • Corporate Trainer Certified (Preferred)

  • College Degree (Preferred)

Additional Information
  • This role is available for individuals who reside in and have their Resident State License in one of the following states: FL, NC, TN, TX, GA, MA, SC, AL, or UT

  • This is a remote position, and candidates should be comfortable working in a virtual environment.

  • Flexibility in working hours may be required to accommodate participants from different time zones
