- Monitoring live events for prompt and accurate settlement of wagers.
- Verifying and creating the events offered on our website.
- Investigating and resolving potential issues, including the escalation of time critical issues.
- Providing the link between our trading and internet and telephone operations.
- Communicating with external sources and content providers.
- Monitoring of competitor odds and products.
