Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and collaborative Test Engineer to join our dynamic team at 2424 Garden of the Gods Road, with occasional work at 2050 Cygnet Heights facility as required. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Test Director in all phases of test and evaluation, from planning and execution to analysis and reporting. This position requires a strong understanding of software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Test Director in the timely planning, execution, analysis, and reporting of tests, ensuring adherence to all organizational guidance and policies
  • Prepare written materials, including charters, briefs, plans, and reports, to support test and evaluation activities
  • Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of military and civilian personnel
  • Communicate complex technical topics related to software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management. to a variety of audiences

Work Environment:

  • Location: On-site
  • Travel Requirements: Minimal (0-10%)
  • Working Hours: Normal business hours    

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or STEM equivalent
  • 2-5 years of work experience
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance with eligibility for Special Access Programs (SAP)
  • Proven ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Strong technical background in one or more of the following areas: Software development, systems engineering and integration, C2 networks, and data management

Compensation: $89,500 - $134,200 (For Colorado Only)

The offered rate will be based on the selected candidate’s knowledge, skills, abilities and/or experience and in consideration of internal parity.

Other Compensation:

KBR may offer bonuses, commissions, or other forms of compensation to certain job titles or levels, per internal policy or contractual designation. Additional compensation may be in the form of sign on bonus, relocation benefits, short-term incentives, long-term incentives, or discretionary payments for exceptional performance.
