Geary Pacific Corporation is looking for an experienced, motivated Territory Sales Manager (TSM) to join our sales team.
As a TSM, you'll be the face of Geary Pacific for your customers—building relationships, identifying opportunities, solving problems, and helping HVAC contractors grow their businesses. You'll have the freedom to manage your territory, develop your own customer relationships, and make a direct impact on sales and customer success.

What You'll Do
- Manage and grow an assigned territory by developing strong, long-term customer relationships.
- Acquire new customers and turn prospects into loyal Geary Pacific customers.
- Conduct professional sales calls with existing customers and prospects.
- Identify customer needs and develop product and service solutions.
- Follow up on leads and new business opportunities.
- Identify opportunities to expand sales across product lines and services.
- Develop quotes, bids, and proposals that provide customers with the right solutions.
- Become a trusted resource for customers by providing product, technical, industry, and regulatory information.
- Communicate customer needs and opportunities to the Geary Pacific team.
- Develop and execute territory sales and marketing plans.
- Partner with Branch Managers, Product Managers, suppliers, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in company systems.
- Utilize technology and online resources to research products, pricing, and solutions.
Represent Geary Pacific at customer job sites, supplier locations, trade shows, and industry events.

- Adaptable – comfortable spending time in the field and traveling throughout an assigned territory.

A successful TSM will:
- Grow sales within their territory.
- Develop new customer relationships and opportunities.
- Build lasting partnerships with key accounts.
- Expand customer purchases across Geary Pacific's product lines.
- Minimize customer attrition.
- Consistently create and follow up on sales opportunities.
- Deliver professional, knowledgeable, and responsive customer service.
- Become a trusted advisor to HVAC contractors and industry professionals.
- Contribute positively to the success of the branch and the Geary Pacific team.
Performance goals are established collaboratively with the Regional Sales Manager and Branch Manager and include sales growth, new account development, customer satisfaction, professional sales activity, product-line growth, and ongoing professional development.
A Career in the Field
This is a field-based sales position for someone who enjoys being out where the business happens. You'll visit customers, job sites, branches, suppliers, trade shows, and industry events throughout your territory.
You'll have the opportunity to build your own network, develop your expertise, and become an important part of your customers' businesses.
Some early mornings, late afternoons, and travel may be required to meet customers during their business hours.
