About the Role

Rx Redefined is seeking a high-energy Territory Manager to drive rapid sales growth within a focused regional territory. In this role, you will own the top and middle of your sales funnel—sourcing prospects, scheduling meetings, and running core solution demos with practice administrators and physicians.

You will work in close partnership with executive leadership (VP of Growth), who will support you on late-stage negotiations, complex legal redlines, and board-level presentations. This role offers the perfect blend of territory ownership, high-velocity prospecting, and direct mentorship from sales leadership.

What You’ll Own

  • Outbound Pipeline Generation: Drive high-velocity prospecting (cold calling, drop-ins, lunch & learns, local events) to identify and qualify new opportunities across your territory.
  • Demos & Initial Discovery: Uncover practice pain points, conduct solution demonstrations, and establish the core value proposition with clinic staff and physicians.
  • Collaborative Closing: Partner directly with the VP of Growth at key deal inflection points, bringing in leadership for late-stage negotiations, redlines, and board meetings.
  • Travel & Calendar Ownership: Self-manage your travel schedule and daily cadences to ensure a steady stream of qualified practice meetings.
  • CRM & Funnel Management: Rigorously track deal stages, account notes, and follow-ups to maintain accurate pipeline conversion metrics.

What You Bring (Required)

  • 3–6 years of direct outbound sales or account executive experience (field-based selling preferred).
  • Track record of high-velocity cold prospecting, phone/onsite outreach, and converting leads into qualified discovery meetings and demos.
  • Experience engaging practice managers, administrators, and individual physician practices.
  • Experience working collaboratively with senior leadership during late-stage deal mechanics.
  • Advanced pipeline hygiene, including maintaining accurate CRM deal stages, notes, and activity logs.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically across your assigned territory up to 50%.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience specifically within HealthTech, SaaS, medical device sales, DMEPOS, or the Private Practice market.
  • Demonstrated success executing local field strategies (lunch & learns, clinic drop-ins, regional shows).
  • Expertise in consultative selling, focusing on both financial ROI and patient outcomes.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare workflows, clinic administration, and regulatory/compliance basics.
  • Foundational sales training (e.g., Sandler, SPIN, Miller Heiman, or Challenger Sales Methodology).
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Our Values

  • Patient-First Mentality: Every decision is filtered through the impact on chronic condition care.
  • Radical Transparency: Clear communication regarding account financials and performance.
  • Status-Quo Challenger: A drive to reform an industry plagued by waste and abuse.
  • Extreme Ownership: Willingness to "do the work" and solve tough problems autonomously.
  • Opportunity Mindset: Spots growth potential, appreciates feedback and learning, and remains optimistic as a collaborative, low-ego team player.

Benefits & Perks

  • Medical, dental, and vision coverage - 100% of the employee premium is covered by Rx Redefined.
  • Professional growth - be part of a high-growth team where you’ll learn quickly and see the impact of your work.
  • Unlimited PTO.
