  • Reorganize the content to flow logically in the correct sequence using consistent terminology to improve readability and understanding.
  • Correct all errors in spelling, syntax, grammar, and voice.

  • Provide briefings, maintain a progress tracker, and regularly report on work progress. Lead and facilitate work product development/revision cycle meetings to gather suggestions, review content, and resolve issues. Implement feedback and make necessary changes.
  • Maintain all technical and non-technical files associated with the production and revision of work products. Manage updates, version control, and revisions to the knowledge management repository (or internal documentation library).
  • Take ownership of assignments; manage customer communications and ensure all products are produced with excellent quality, accuracy, efficiency, and within deadlines.
  • May be assigned overflow Graphic Designer work responsibilities, as needed.
  • Support the execution of contract requirements, which may include submission of supporting data and metrics and timely completion of written reports to stakeholders, customers, and CACI leadership.

Other duties may be assigned in support of contract taskings and mission success.

Qualifications:
Required:

  • Must have the ability to obtain a DOD Interim Secret security clearance prior to start and subsequent final DOD Secret security clearance.

  • Minimum 3 years of professional related work experience.

This work requires careful reading of raw text, editing that text to a specific standard and style guide, and then consistently and accurately formatting the text and images in Microsoft 365 apps IAW an internal style guide with minimal supervision.
