In this role, you will be a driving force behind exceptional technical support, directly influencing customer satisfaction and shaping the adoption of our e-Builder product while working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Exciting Responsibilities:


  • Champion customer satisfaction by providing top-notch support and maintaining high NPS standards
  • Spearhead preliminary incident analysis to evaluate impact, severity, and risk effectively
  • Collaborate cross-organizationally to ensure prompt solutions and minimize case resolution times
  • Communicate complex technical insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Essential Skills & Experience:


  • 5+ years of technical support experience
  • Proven experience supporting customers within a fast-paced SaaS environment
  • Excellent Windows, network, web browser, and troubleshooting skills across SQL, XML, HTML, and scripting
  • Demonstrated success in root cause analysis, bug writing in tools like Jira/Confluence, and tracking cases in CRM like Salesforce
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a positive, growth-minded attitude
  • Ability to support a rotating on-call schedule

Bonus Points For:


  • Experience developing reports to analyze data trends and reviewing software logs
  • Bachelors degree in a technical field
  • Experience > Education

Compensation:  Trimble provides the following compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that it in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and other compensation, depending on circumstances not related to an applicant’s sex or other status protected by local, state, or federal law.
