Roles and Responsibilities:
- Manage commercial activity for assigned territories/accounts, with a primary focus on the UK and DACH regions, subject to change based on business needs.
- Develop and manage strategic collaborations with customers, including co-development and co-marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate closely with the Technical Sales counterpart in the EMEA region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships at all levels within customer organizations, both management and technical.
- Represent AP&C’s capabilities and culture at meetings, conferences, workshops, trade shows, and customer sites.
- Work cross-functionally with AP&C’s Order Management, Logistics, and Material expert teams to support customer relations and make decisions that benefit the business.
- Collaborate with the Colibrium Additive Commercial team.
- Manage sales pipeline, forecasts, and lead generation.
- Develop and execute account plans and strategies.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of sales territories, product lines, markets, sales processes, and customer groups to execute strategy.
- Stay informed about best practices, competition, and market differentiators.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business management.
- Background in the Additive Manufacturing industry, ideally with expertise in powders.
- Proven track record in sales and/or business development, along with relevant industry experience.
- Proficiency in both German and English, written and spoken, for effective communication with colleagues and clients.

- Strong integrity, ethics, and transparency, with a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage priorities and work under pressure.
- Proven ability to influence, conduct commercial negotiations, and adapt to a remote work environment.
- Willingness to travel at least 30%, ideally based in the DACH or UK region.
