We're looking for an exceptional leader of Technical Program Managers to scale and evolve our TPM function. In this role, you will lead a team of TPMs responsible for delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, product, and design. You will be part of the Tech Ops leadership, managing directly the Technical Program Managers team, a global, diverse and growing new function in the Tech org. You'll be instrumental in shaping program strategy, driving execution excellence, and building the processes that keep our organization aligned and efficient. This role is ideal for someone who brings a combination of technical depth, program leadership, and a strong people management ethos. You know how to build trust, unblock teams, and develop high-performing TPMs.

Job Requirements
- At least 5 years of management experience in technical program management or similar function in the software industry.
- Experience building and scaling TPM functions and practices.
- 6+ years in program management in a technical field.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, you foster alignment and clarity across all levels of the org.
- Comfortable with ambiguity and able to bring structure to fast-changing environments.
- Experience working in a SaaS environment is a must.
- Strong track record of delivering large-scale technical programs in a complex environment.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles, technical architecture, and organizational dynamics.
- Proven ability to work independently and drive initiatives with minimal oversight, you're proactive, resourceful, and outcomes-oriented.
- Demonstrate creative problem solving approach while using data driven analytical thinking.
- Be flexible and be ready to get out of your comfort zone.
- Fluent English both written and verbal.

- Be a key member of the tech leadership team, shaping and scaling the TPM function while helping improve org culture, delivery, and collaboration across bob.
- Lead, coach, and scale a high-performing TPM team focused on strategic programs, delivery excellence, cultural change and measurable impact across tech.
Define and drive technical program management standards that align with companywide priorities and strategy, covering planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and risk management. - Champion an Agile mindset and continuous improvement culture; partner with tech and leadership to evolve development practices and raise the bar on execution.
- Build alignment across engineering, product, design and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure clarity of priorities, accountability, and timely delivery.
- Mentor TPMs on execution, influence, communication, and career growth, helping them develop as impactful, independent leaders.
